A few weeks ago I posted a new salad I came up with (link). This is a different take on it, which was also really good (probably better).
Ingredients:
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped.
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced.5 radishes, thinly sliced.
1 small onion, chopped.
Few basil leaves, torn.
1 Tbs Soy sauce.
1 Tbs peanut butter.
1/2 Tsp crushed fresh ginger.
1 lemon, filleted and diced.
Salt.
Olive oil.
Mix eveything together.
*In the previous take I put one garlic clove which I didn't here, but I'm sure it can work.
